Christian Kastrop is Director of the Program on “Europe’s Future” at Bertelsmann Stiftung. He previously served as Director of the Policy Studies Branch of the Economics Department at the OECD in Paris, as Chairman of the Economic Policy Committee of European Finance Ministers (ECOFIN-EPC) in Brussels and at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin. Dominic Ponattu is a researcher and Project Manager at Bertelsmann Stiftung responsible for work on productivity, growth and innovation in the EU Single Market.
