Sir Geoff Mulgan is a Professor at University College London (UCL), and has worked in city and national government in the UK, Australia and Europe, and as an adviser to over fifty governments around the world. His most recent books are When Science Meets Power and Another World is Possible: how to reignite social and political imagination. He is a co-founder of TIAL, the Institutional Architecture Lab, which works on the design of new public institutions.
