Sabine Stephan is a senior economist at the Macroeconomic Policy Institute (IMK) of the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung, where she works on foreign trade and trade policy. She holds a doctorate in economics from the Free University of Berlin and previously worked as a research associate at DIW Berlin, with field assignments in Vietnam, Laos, and Jordan.
