Formerly, he was a Director on the Board of J.P, Morgan’s Emerging Markets Investment Trust, Senior Advisor to Europa Partners, Senior Advisor to the Ukraine Finance Corporation, CEO of Synergy Power Corporation, Non-Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank, Senior Fellow for International Finance at Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford, and a senior executive at the World Bank and IFC. He was also Chairman of the High-Powered Expert Committee appointed by the Government of India on making Mumbai an International Financial Centre.
